Concern — Terms of Use (test version)
Version 2026-10-16
- Who. These terms are between you and the developer of Concern, as named on the app's Google Play or TestFlight page. Contact: hello@concerngame.com.
- Accepting. You accept these terms and the privacy policy when you register for a game in the app. The version shown when you register is the one that applies to that game.
- What this is. Concern is a board game played on a physical board; this app is its controller and does nothing without one. This is a free test version. It may change, misbehave, lose a game in progress, or stop being available at any time.
- Your licence. You may use the app for your own non-commercial play while you are a tester. You may not sell or redistribute it, or reverse-engineer it beyond what the law allows. The game, its rules and its artwork remain ours.
- What you type. Your nickname and the names you give towers and consortia are shown to everyone in the game. Don't type anything unlawful or offensive, or anyone else's personal details.
- Feedback. Ideas and feedback you send us may be used freely, without payment or credit.
- Liability. The app is provided as it is. We are not liable for losses from using it, except for harm caused intentionally or through gross negligence, injury to a person, and anything your consumer rights do not allow us to exclude.
- Ending. You can stop at any time by uninstalling. We can end the test, or your access to it, at any time.
- Changes. If the game or the law changes, we may update these terms. A new version applies from the next game you register for; if you don't accept it, stop using the app.
- Law. Polish law applies. It does not take away the protection your own country's consumer law gives you.
- Privacy. How the app handles data: see the privacy policy.
